If you are reading this it means that you've been offered the opportunity to participate in our routine service call strategy for 2018. It also means you're considering having regular maintenance undertaken on your hydronic heating system. Great decision!

Last year we introduced a new servicing strategy with the aim to better serve our vastly growing client base. Those who participated last year enjoyed the benefits of:- 

  • Priority treatment over the general public when booking in regular maintenance.
  • Improved quality of service.
  • Greater clarity regarding fees.
  • Cost savings on reduced call out fees as group bookings were made for multiple clients in the one area.

If last year is anything to go by then we expect to receive a massive volume of registrations again this year. And whilst we value providing all of our clients with the best maintenance service possible, the reality is hydronic heating is a very specialised field with limited suitably qualified technicians, therefore we have limited capacity. To avoid disappointment please register your interest as soon as possible. We will be running a first in, best dressed policy and any surplus registrations will be addressed as quickly as our schedule lets us, however may not be addressed in time for Winter.

It's our intention for routine service calls to be limited to the time frames detailed below, so please ensure you register as soon as possible to be included in our schedule.

Regional NSW & Victoria - APRIL - Please register by 31.03.2018

By limiting routine service calls to these time frames our aim is to make sure everyone's heating systems are operating to the optimum capacity and efficiency in readiness for the cold months. It also has the added benefit of giving us greater capacity in Winter to promptly attend to urgent repair works for failed heating systems. Hopefully it won't be you, but if it is at least we'll be ready for your call!
